- Hawthorne & Raspberry Milkshake, with Ristretto — subtle fruity notes of the intense Ristretto Grand Cru, the tangy flavours of raspberry and hawthorn, and the richness of the Vanilla ice cream
- Blue Oasis, with Rosabaya de Colombia — winey notes of the Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru, chocolate cream and coconut topping, for an electrifying martini
- Reverse Affogato with Coffee Granita, with Indriya from India — unique take on Italian favourites serves up a sweet treat, for dessert lovers!
- Red Velvet Kueh Buloh Tiramisu, with Arpeggio — distinctive spin on the ever-popular CNY kueh; cocoa notes of the Arpeggio Grand Cru, with the creaminess of the tiramisu
