No, we’re not talking about Romeo and Juliet, but the relationship we’re about to describe is similar: Love at first sight, lots of effort put into it for the sake of happiness, culminating in one glorious night. Don’t worry unlike the two love birds our story isn’t going to end in something hard to stomach like tragedy. Instead, you’ll meet with a very happy ending – and a satisfied stomach. That’s right, we’re talking about our relationship with food.
When it comes to food, we’re always spoilt for choice. Stellar at 1-Altitude’s new Constellations menu, created by Executive Chef Christopher Millar, may solve that dilemma. Much like a DIY menu, you can choose between six to eight courses to create your own Constellation (customised menu). To add to the excitement, Pastry Chef Jasmin Chew will create a piece of dessert art in front of you. That’s not the only thing that’ll be a feast for your eyes. At the 62nd floor, you’ll also be towering over all of Singapore, so you can soak in the cityscape from a new point of view. Imagine seeing the SG50 fireworks from one of the best vantage points in the country as you sip champagne and enjoy your meal.
