Grease up your wheels and get ready for the first ever international Bicycle Film Festival all the way from New York. The festival spreads bicycle culture around the globe to over 50 cities and acts as a catalyst for the urban cycling movement. Having chosen Singapore as its first location to appear in South East Asia, enthusiasts can gear up for a three-day festival from 20th-22nd Aug, which will celebrate the great two-wheeler. Events such as film screenings, an art exhibition, bike runway shows, a bicycle gala dinner and an after dark party will happen across two historical locations – MAJ Aviation Building next to Old Seletar Airport and the Old Alkaff Mansion. Opening Night & Launch of Bicycle Art Exhibition
The exhibition will celebrate the bicycle through photography and bicycle art installations.
Screening of BFF Film Compilation
Films screened include Clean Spirit, the inspirational story of how the Argos-Shimano race team won the Tour de France without any performance enhancing drugs.
