Emojis are the best. Without having to type a single word, they’re able to express a whole range of emotions, from high skepticism to laugh-out-loud hilarity. And what’s arguably better than that? LINE stickers. These new ones, launched to celebrate the new Official Accounts of Singapore actors and personalities, Aloysius Pang and Xu Bin, join the ranks of superstars like Taylor Swift and EXO.
And no wonder, because these good-lookers form a quarter of the ‘Eight Dukes of Caldecott Hill’ (yeah, that’s a thing). The duo even garnered more than 15,000 subscribers between them on the day of the launch. To mark their fresh-minted accounts, there are also two sets of eight stickers, where the celebrities spout familiar Singlish catchphrases.
“I know the Official Account will definitely be an excellent communication tool between my fans and myself and I hope to have my fans use my cute sticker set in their conversations!”, said Xu Bin. As for Aloysius, he agreed, “I was elated to find out that I was given this opportunity to have an Official Account alongside international artistes. I hope to create a closer bond with my fans and followers by releasing exclusive updates on my daily activities, on-set lifestyle and behind-the-scenes pictures and videos on my LINE Official Account.”
Add Aloysius Pang at @AloyPang and Xu Bin at @XuBin for the latest updates, and get to interact with them in real-time during live chatting sessions. Special giveaways and fan meetings for LINE followers are also in the works for the months of November and December 2015.
The FREE sticker sets are available for download at the LINE sticker shop until 17 September 2015 and will be valid for 90 days.
