It was just one week ago when it was rumoured that Supreme might be collaborating with Louis Vuitton, and now word on the street is that the Über-popular streetwear brand could once again be collaborating with Nike in the near future as well.
The two brands are no strangers to teaming up with each other (it’s become almost a yearly tradition at this point), and Sneaker News reported that this collaboration will focus on a redesign of the Nike Air More Uptempo. The classic 90s basketball sneaker — probably best known for the unmissable “AIR” branding on its upper — will now feature the word “SUP” on the side instead, and be appropriately dubbed the “Suptempo”.
There isn’t much information to work with at this point in time (there aren’t even any photos), but it would be fair to assume that the sneaker will be released sometime in 2017. Based on previous Supreme x Nike releases, however, these kicks will definitely come with a hefty price tag, and be equally hard to cop. Keep a lookout for this one, sneakerheads.
