Yeezy season is coming back again and this time, the shoes are lit. No, literally. Word about the “Semi Frozen Yellow” silhouette offering fans a little something different was not all just about the flashy neon-yellow colourway, but instead was something way much cooler – they actually glow in the dark. Leaked images surfaced on the internet and revealed that the sneaker illuminates in the dark at the sole, shoe laces, ankle lining, and rear pull tag, probably making this release one that is highly anticipated for the remaining half of 2017.
Another drop that will probably land on every die-hard Yeezy fan’s must-cop list will have to be the maroon iteration of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2. Dubbed as the “Red Night”, this colourway is definitely going to be the dark knight of all the upcoming Yeezy releases this year. Sporting a mysterious shade of burgundy, the Primeknit upper is a swirl of purple and pink – something a little different from the usual offerings of nude earthy tones.
Other leaked images of potential Yeezy Boost colourways include “Chalk Coral” and “Blue Tint”. The former is a marble swirl of bubblegum pink with an off-white hue, contrasted against a sky blue “SPLY-350” wording at the lateral, while the latter is a lighter version of the “Zebra”, with the ankle collar subtly tinted in blue.
No news yet from adidas on when these will officially drop, but we’re expecting it to be sometime later in December, so you know what to wish for this coming Christmas.
