JAPAN always has the coolest things. And it’s not surprising that they are usually the first to launch something. In this case… it’s the CHANEL COCO GAME CENTER!!!
Remember last year when CHANEL had their pop-up cafe in Singapore? We went nuts. Everyone wanted a CHANEL paper coffee cup — if anything, just to wash it out and collect. Today, we spotted a trending hashtag #cocogamecenter. See here:
As I write this, there are 989 posts showing us what this new concept is all about. It’s clear that CHANEL is going big on beauty this year, what with the launch of two new Instagram accounts: @chanel.beauty and @welovecoco (the latter dedicated to the U.S. beauty community. Though we also love Coco and followed it too.) So to have another entire pop-up concept focused around beauty, it was just a matter of time.

What can you do inside? Apparently you can play Daytona. At least CHANEL’s version of it:
There’s a UFO catcher, with — what else — CHANEL beauty treats to win!
I’m not sure what’s going on here, but it looks like some kind of mirrored corridor where everyone is taking OOTDs:
As expected, there’s a beauty bar where visitors can get CHANEL beauty makeovers:
And this appears to be some sort of goody bag the patrons received:
Personally, I want one of those cushions…
Who knows if the COCO Game Center will make its way to Singapore … but all we can say is, if CHANEL is a game, we’re playing it.
