EXO and Girls’ Generations are two of the biggest Kpop idol groups, and it goes without saying that there has been plenty of merchandise designed after the likes of them. Now, the idols themselves has partnered with local sneaker brands YSNEAKERS to create their own shoes.
Hyoyeon, Sunny, Yuri and Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation, and Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin from EXO personally sat down with designers from YSNEAKERS to create their own unique sneakers. And yes, you’ll finally be able to cop your favourite idols’ style!
Each member put their own personal style into the designs of a low-cut and a high-top sneaker. They personally picked all the trimmings and colours, and also used a 3D program to map out their designs. Taeyeon even shared that she designed the shoes as something that she would wear, so fans can feel that much closer to their idols.
Baekhyun also looks set on becoming a fashion maven with this shoe collab, which follows his recent unisex streetwear collection, Privé by BBH.
