Whether you observe the Muslim fasting tradition of Ramadhan, this is one buffet you’re sure to enjoy. Marina Mandarin Singapore’s Aquamarine has just opened its first Ramadhan Iftar Feast, a buffet featuring special dishes from guest Chef Kamaludin, hailing from a sister hotel in Indonesia. Authentic Indonesian dishes on the menu include the fragrant Indonesian Nasi Goreng, Gado Gado Surabaya, and the sumptuous Sup Buntut. More bites are available outside along the al fresco area, which includes the Beef and Lamb Satay and Ice Kachang. To finish the meal, we recommend Es Teller, a great dessert cocktail of avocado, jackfruit and shaved ice.

Aquamarine’s Ramadhan Iftar Feast is now open during dinner from 6.30 to 10pm daily.

Friday & Saturday:
Adult: $78++
Child: $39++

Sunday to Thursday:
Adult: $68++
