These Power Ranger Pins Are a Nostalgic Trip Back to the 90s

The new Power Rangers movie hits cinemas tomorrow, and if the seemingly never-ending wave of Beauty and the Beast collections were any indication, we can probably expect brands to come up with some mighty morphin’ collaborations to play on our nostalgia as well. Instead of the usual apparel or sneaker collab (that’ll come soon enough, we’re sure), however, it looks like Brooklyn-based pin enthusiasts PINTRILL have started the ball rolling with a Power Rangers-themed capsule collection.

Instead of making pins depicting elements from the new movie, PINTRILL have opted to base their designs on the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV series for maximum nostalgia. In addition to each Ranger getting their own pin pack — which includes their emblem, helmet and zord — the collection also features the classic Power Rangers logo, Megazord and longtime series villain Rita Repulsa as individual pins. Throwback vibes never go out of style, so you’re sure to nab some compliments whether you rock these babies on your bag or jacket.

The Power Rangers capsule collection is available right now at PINTRILL’s website, with the Ranger packs and individual pins going at $48 and $15 USD respectively. Considering that each product has an extremely limited run of 25 pieces, however, you might want to get them sooner than later if you’re a fan of the original five teenagers with attitude.
