Off-White Delves Into F&B With New Pop-Up Cafe

It’s hard to get our hands on anything Off-White. Limited edition collaborations get snapped up in a flash by streetwear fans who queue up overnight and even though we have a flagship store on Orchard Road, I don’t think I will be doing our regular shopping there, any time soon because it’s slightly out of my university student’s budget (it’s me, Natalie!). Other than limited edition drops, there is nothing more exciting for fans than pop-up stores.
Off-White recently had one in Tokyo where they sold one-of-a-kind t-shirts with serial numbers to its loyal fans. This time, to coincide with Paris Fashion Week, Off-White has opened a pop-up cafe in Paris’ Le Bon Marché department store, selling food items in limited edition Off-White packaging. Nothing calls out to streetwear fans more than the phrase “limited edition”.

According to Hypebeast, the pop-up cafe is a collaboration between Off-White and wild food and juice bar, Wild & The Moon. The cafe was set up as part of an ongoing exhibition at the department store, called Logomania, where some 200 lifestyle, beauty, fashion and accessories brands re-interpret their logos and brand unexpected products.

The pop-up cafe will be stocked with a range of goods, from blue water that is aptly named Blue Magic, matcha-flavoured popcorn and a Fashion Week “survival kit” which includes a variety of vitality shots and juices to keep models and attendees going throughout the hectic week.

Besides food, exclusive Off-White apparel will also be available at the pop-up cafe, displayed on standing racks and shelves around the space. Shopping always makes us hungry so a pop-up cafe cum store is an ingenious idea. The temporary cafe is currently opened and will close its doors on 31 March.
