Maison Michel Brings In Their AW18 Collection – Along With A Sneak Peek Of The Cruise 19

One decade ago, there was a hype revolving around the Maison Michel lace bunny ears. Celebrities like the Olsen twins and Lady Gaga were spotted sporting the headgear. But the lace bunny ears headpiece isn’t the only interesting thing that Maison Michel has released. Wide-brimmed hats, bowler hats, fedoras – you name it, they’ve got it. Priscilla Royer, the creative director of Maison Michel since 2015, has been releasing sophisticated designs that are great for any occasion.

What we love about the traditional craftsmanship is how creative Priscilla gets when creating them. Combining elegance with various materials, each hat is a unique piece of its own. The Chanel-owned couture millinery, Maison Michel, is bringing the label’s latest designs to On Pedder and an early preview of Cruise 2019. Along with the new designs, Priscilla Royer will be visiting Singapore for the first time ever today. Did you manage to catch her at On Pedder Scotts Square?

If you didn’t have time to head down, here are photos of Maison Michel’s AW18 collection titled La Commedia Dell’arte. The collection is inspired by the character of Harlequin, the classic pantomime character. Bursting with bright colours, the quirky headpieces include bold patchwork patterns which imitate those worn by the mid-16th century entertainer.
