McDonald’s Is Dropping Salted Egg Yolk Loaded Fries Plus A Special Comeback

PSA: McDonald’s is pulling out all the stops with their new menu for the New Year, and this time, there’s even a few unique flavours to boot. To meet that tall order, McDonald’s take on classic french fries, served with salted egg yolk sauce is not to be missed. The limited edition Salted Egg Yolk Loaded Fries are an additional $1.20 when you upgrade your fries with any meal, and its sweet and savoury blend is poised to give a typical salted egg-flavoured dish a run for its money.

Then there’s the long-awaited comeback of the returning favourite. Imagine the triumphant return of those juicy Ha Ha Cheong Gai Chicken Drumlets sizzled to golden perfection… and the Happy Sharing Box. If fried chicken isn’t your thing, rest assured that these aren’t the only gastronomical delights the food chain is rolling out tomorrow (3 Jan) and it’s the reason why our eyes did a little dance when the new McDonald’s menu hit our inbox.

Of all the delectable desserts we’ve seen come out of McDonald’s (we’re looking at you, Molten Chocolate Pie), the refreshing flavours of peach and pandan are a welcome change from the usual sweet treats.

The Pandan Soft Serve marries a local flavour across its signature Cone, ChocoCone, Sundae and McFlurry.

In addition to the new dessert menu, McDonald’s is introducing a Peach Pie packed with white peach chunks while decked out in a pale-pink crust, which simply warrants a snap or two for the ‘gram. We may be about that #foodie life, but what’s inside counts too.
