Levi’s® has been the go-to jeans brand for cool girls everywhere with their iconic vintage 501®s that have a serious cult following (which was recently reimagined by Hailey Beiber!). That’s why, we were excited to hear that their latest release, the Ribcage, had been inspired by the classic 501®s.
Like the 501®s, the Ribcage features a slim fit through the hips. However, the rise is much higher at 12”, the highest rise within any of their fits. This means the Ribcage jeans give a super flattering look by hugging the waist while lengthening the legs. We may not all look like supermodels but we can definitely try with a good pair of high-waisted jeans that make us look six feet tall.
The Ribcage line will be available in a variety of finishes, silhouettes and fabrications. The most notable is probably the Ribcage Straight Ankle, the original Ribcage fit. Additionally, it’s also available in a shorts version, the Ribcage Shorts, for when you prefer to show off your legs.
