Marks & Spencer’s Beloved Best-Selling Percy Pig Gummies Are Now Vegetarian

I don’t know about you but Marks & Spencer’s Percy Pigs were the candies to get back in the good ol’ days! While this may not be how it was in Singapore, the Percy Pig are somewhat of a cultural icon in the UK, having been around since the 90s and the candy for many kids in that generation. Percy Pig even has more than 200,000 passionate members on Facebook!

While the original Percy Pig gummies were made of pork gelatine, they have now been updated with a new ingredient list, making them vegetarian-friendly and gelatine-free. Regardless, the great natural sweet flavour hasn’t changed. The gummies are still made of real fruit juices and have no added flavourings and colourings like they always have been.

Plus, the packaging also got a makeover and feature the whole Percy Pig family which includes Percy’s family and friends. Yes, there’s a whole World of Percy Pig out there. More than 20 characters are featured on the gummy packs including Percy’s wife Penny and their 7 piglets.

Not to mention there is also a new pack added to the range — Percy Pig Fruity Chews! It features an even chewier texture and has more fruity flavours like red grapes, lemons, blueberries, oranges and apples.
