Sure, it may seem kind of off to some because essentially, you’d expect bubble tea to be sweet and humble — but if you’re willing to give your tastebuds a treat then look no further than these specially curated concoctions.

It’s always a good time to cool down and booze up with a glass of Paradise Pop here at Bar Canary. This sweet concoction lives up to its name with a blend of house-made Osmanthus sencha tea, sugar syrup and a dash of gin before topping it off with sweet and chewy lychee pearls for a refreshing summer treatment. Alternatively, you can also opt for their indulgent and delicious tipple — Smooth Criminal. This bubble tea cocktail is made with a harmonious blend of lavender and earl grey tea, mixed with sweet caramel jelly, alongside a base of whisky, angostura bitters, caramel syrup, fresh milk and Frangelico liqueur for a sweet, summer-friendly rendition that you’ll want to sip all season.
