Fusing the flavour of Hard Rock and the Chinese cuisine, here are the special Lunar New Year food and beverages that you can expect to enjoy with your family from 20 January to 9 February 2020!
To Eat
The Prosperity Yu Sheng Salad ($24.95) is a dish that combines smoked Norwegian salmon with a salad of baby spinach, beetroot, carrot, radish, dragonfruit, rock melon, and served with golden tangerine dressing.
Braised Duck Leg with Mushroom & Chestnut ($29.95) features a braised succulent duck leg that is served together with shirtake mushroom, roasted chestnut, bok choy, and steamed fragrant rice.
The Honey Smoked Baby Back Ribs ($69.95) is a perfect dish for sharing. These 1.2kg fork-tender baby back ribs are glazed with home-made honey marinate and smoked to perfection before being served with crispy fried shallot and sweet potato fries.
For dessert, opt for the Orh Nee with Pumpkin Paste & Ginkgo Nuts ($14.95) which is a home-made steamed sweet yam paste served with pumpkin puree, boiled ginkgo nuts, and coconut milk.

Mandarin Mule ($23.95) is a mix of Absolut mandarin vodka, Grand Marnier and orange juice, topped with fever tree ginger beer.
Usher in good prosperity with this reinvention of the classic Long Island Iced Tea — Hard Rock’s Prosperi-Tea ($23.95) is a refreshing mix of Gordon’s gin, Smirnoff vodka, Bacardi rum, fresh lemon juice that is topped with soda and home-made hibiscus syrup.
The special CNY menu is available from 20 January to 9 February 2020 at Hard Rock Cafe Singapore and Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa.
