Refresh Your Home with New Furniture from Courts Singapore

Be it a new sofa or a dining table — there’s always a reason to spruce up your living space with contemporary furniture that can reset the look and tone of your home.

Known as one of the largest local furniture retailers in Singapore, Courts offers homeowners an opportunity to not only find the ideal sofa but also personalise the furniture to fit in with the different interior styles. Located within the Living and Dining area of Courts Megastore, the Home Gallery features trendy, eye-catching furniture in a variety of styles and designs, with customisable options that will fit every homeowner’s specific budget.

Most of the sofas available at Courts are customisable to any configuration, style, colour, and type of fabric. The idea is to give homeowners an opportunity to find the ideal sofa that functions well and fits in with their overall interior theme. Some designs are even built modular with the ability for potential buyers to purchase as it looks on display and have the option to add more seats later.

Here’s a breakdown of the customisation process for sofas at Courts.

Step One: Choose your configuration. Courts provides over 1,000 configurations and 80 models which includes a 1-Seater, 2-Seater, 3-Seater, L-Shaped, and a Recliner.

Step Two: Customise your size and tailor your sofa dimensions to fit your space.

Step Three: Choose your cushion firmness. This lets you decide how soft or hard you prefer your sofa seat to be.

Step Four: Choose your material and colour from the more than 600 fabric and leather options available.

The Kelsea is available in three different types of leather.

Designed to give a vintage, retro vibe, the Kelsea (from $1,699) comes in a lounge-style with a low back. The sofa is upholstered with 100% cow leather and is available in 3 different types of leather — Vintage, Pelican and Bovine.

Reclining is easy with the Janelle sofa.

The modular Janelle (from $3,699) can be configured into an L-Shape and is a good fit for HDB homes in Singapore. The Janelle realises the idea of a sofa-recliner with its two-seater recliner and adjustable headrest that allows you to extend to full recline at whichever angle you prefer when you’re resting.

Theo is ideal for homeowners who are looking for a fun-size sofa.

Good for small homes, the Theo (from $449) is a compact, fun-size piece that is available in two colours — Natural Wood and Walnut Brown, and at an affordable price point for potential customers who have no preference for customisable sofas. You can visit the store for more details on how to pre-order the Theo.

Courts offers customisation on the marble table of your dreams!

Customisation for furniture at Courts doesn’t just stop at the beds and sofas. While most might think that customisable marble tables may only be available at specialised furniture stores, Courts pleasantly surprises with their customisation for marble tables on styles found within their Megastore.

Choose from six different types of marbles.

Instead of having to purchase a marble table as it is, customers are able to choose different bases and colour top in varying sizes with marble that come from Greece, Italy and Turkey. This customisation applies to dining tables, coffee tables, and even side tables.

No marble graining is the same as the other!

Understanding that the marble graining will make a table look different from another, store assistants are trained to check with the customers if they prefer the display set or go ahead with a new set as marble graining cannot be replicated.

This new collection features pieces that offer a touch of modern, chic retro and colonial feel to homes with pieces that are made with sturdy, solid rubberwood. Homeowners can choose from getting a full set (sofa, benches and dining table) to just one chair that easily matches with any wooden furniture. The sofa from this collection is also easy to maintain as the fabric is easily removable for washing.

The Penang Collection starts from $149 and is available in two colour schemes. You can visit the store to find out more details on how to pre-order pieces from the Penang Collection.

This is also a good opportunity for those celebrating Hari Raya Puasa to get a headstart in shopping for new furniture. For more information on what else you can find at Courts, click here.
