Our Recommendation of Fitness Studios offering Online Classes Including Barry’s and Yoga Movement

As of May 19, it was publicly announced by the Government that Singapore is finally exiting the Circuit breaker — but of course, with safeguards in place. Yes, we’re looking at the nation’s 3-phase approach before things are back to normal. Though most businesses are permitted to operate during Phase 1, some of them, including fitness studios are still not allowed to operate until further notice.

Oh, how we’ve missed our gyms and fitness classes…

Even so, fitness studios are still doing their part by spreading positivity amongst the community by conducting their classes online on platforms like Instagram Live and Zoom. It might not be the same as working out in the studio with your workout buddies but this is probably the closest you can get to spur on your endorphins and get your heart beat pumping. From functional training & boxing to your favourite yoga classes, these are the fitness studios that are offering online workout classes.

Their Zoom workouts go for $10/class, $30/week, and $75/month for on demand videos. Nevertheless, if you can still access their previous workouts done in April on their Instagram Live page if you’re looking to try out some of their fun fitness classes.
