CHANEL Introduces Their New Fall-Winter 2020 Makeup Collection That Embraces The Power of Pink

CHANEL has just unveiled their upcoming beauty collection for their Fall-Winter lineup, featuring a range of feminine characters that the colour pink is most associated with.

Inspired by the Les 4 Ombres eyeshadow palette Candeur et Expérience, from the Le Rouge · Collection N°1 of Fall 2016, CHANEL Global and Creative Makeup and Color Designer, Lucia Pica’s latest creation explores the concepts and the meanings of the palette with a collection that expands on the themes of the product where the duality of women and femininity is emphasised. Moving from a petulant innocence, expect different shades of pink that are far more audacious and radical.

Baume Essentiel in Rosée ($69)

First and foremost, CHANEL’s Baume Essentiel Rosee offers a contemporary take on the pale pink powder that emphasises on bringing that dewy, rosy glow to your cheeks and lips. Highlight your features by applying it straight from the stick — giving an iridescent glow to your look — or sweep it over your eyes with an eyeshadow brush to brighten up your lids.

Left to Right: Les 4 Ombres in Candeur et Provocation, Expérience and Séduction ($96 each)

CHANEL also launches three new Les 4 Ombres eyeshadow palettes. Find rich, soft, luminous matte browns and a hint of red in the Candeur et Expérience palette; and a softer, satin sheen with an intense matte brown shade to complement in Candeur et Provocation. For Candeur et Séduction, it’s a lovely mix of brownish plum and raspberry shades, with a satiny rosy platinum highlight.

Top to Bottom: Stylo Yeux Waterproof in Psyche and Romance ($38 each)

To pair, the range also features two Stylo Yeux Waterproof eyeliners in shades Psyche (a matte eggplant) and Romance (a satiny rosy brown).

Left to Right: Rouge Allure Ink Fusion in Ambiguïté and Idyllique ($52 each)

An update to the brand’s classic Rouge Allure Ink Fusion, the lipstick sees a new shade called Idyllique — a deeper red-brown hue — that goes on seamlessly with a matte finish and feels like second skin. There’s also Ambiguïté, that is a taupy brown.

Left to Right: Rouge Coco Flash in Flushed and Lust ($52) | Rouge Coco in Adrienne and Attraction ($52)

The collection also features two new shades from each of their signature Rouge Coco Flash and Rouge Coco lipsticks. The Rouge Coco Flash, gives a high-shine finish that glides on effortlessly onto your lips in one stroke with shades like Flushed (a warm satiny pink) and Lust (a light taupy brown), whereas their Rouge Coco lipsticks bring on a more luminous satin finish to your look — that comes in shades like Adrienne (a peachy caramel) and Attraction (a bloody chocolate).

Left to Right: Le Vernis in Interdit and Égérie

Lastly, new nail colour shades include Interdit, a reddish-brown hue, and Égérie, a pink beige.
