Universal Studios Singapore at RWS Reopens 1st July with New Safety Measures

From 1st July, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) will finally be open for business again! Guests can look forward to going on some of their favourite rides at Universal Studios Singapore, along with admiring beautiful marine life at the S.E.A Aquarium.

Safe Entry, Safe Experience, Safe Environment

RWS has implemented a multitude of Safe Management Measures to ensure all guest can enjoy their visits while remaining healthy and safe, from the moment they arrive at any attraction. Even before the Circuit Breaker was implemented, SG Clean accreditation was obtained, and RWS has put a multitude of protocols into place following three basic principles — Safe Entry, Safe Experience and Safe Environment.

The health, safety and well-being of both guests and team members are of utmost priority, and both Universal Studios Singapore and the S.E.A. Aquarium will be opened four days a week, starting July 1 and July 4 respectively. During initial reopening stages, all guests, including Annual and Season Pass Holders, will be required to make reservations online, booking their visit date in advance.

New safety features have also been adopted, such as providing as much fresh air circulation as possible, exceeding even commercial standards, in order to maintain optimal air quality for all parties. Enhanced measures also include mandatory face masks, frequent intensive cleaning and disinfection of all high touch points, contactless payment at all Point-of-Sales counters and roving Safe Distancing Ambassadors to ensure compliance.
