Capital Zouk Unveils A New Pop-Up Dining Experience

It’s official — Capital Zouk, or shall we say, Capital Kitchen, has unveiled their new pop-up dining concept. Unlike your usual clubbing experience, Capital Zouk has decided to turn the dancefloor into a new dining venue that will serve a selection of Asian and Western dishes, as well as sharing platters, paired with your favourite party tipples.

Open from Wednesdays to Saturdays, the Kitchen will be run from 5pm to 11pm with limited seatings per day.

Signature Battered Fish & Chip, $27

Here, you can indulge in their Signature Battered Fish & Chips that are served with crispy, lightly battered haddock, with a side of mashed peas and fries.

Signature Royal Broth Congee, $15

A warm and hearty bowlful of the Signature Royal Broth Congee also ticks all the boxes of what comfort food should be. A fan favourite among Zouk and RedTail regulars, this bowl of congee is a popular pick as it’s known for its comforting and savoury broth.

Feasting Platter, $108

Capital Kitchen will also be serving a unique spread of their Grazing Platter that includes their Fried Sotong, Chicken Wings, Nachos, and more — or you can even opt for their Feasting Platter that comes with Ebi Chilli Flatbread, Mala Chicken Skin, and a mix of their Australian Ribeye Strips.

Paparch Burnt Cheesecake, $15

As part of their new menu, Capital has also collaborated with Paparch, a home-based business, to bring their finest Burnt Cheesecakes for you to end your meal with. With the Basque Burnt Cheesecakes making a name for itself over the last few months, you can now indulge in this heavenly slice that will leave you wanting more. It’s one of the exclusive items in the Kitchen, with limited quantities available per day — so you better get one before it’s all gone!

L — R: Zouk Bottled Cocktails Milo Gao, Asam Guava and Teh Peng ($60 each)

As part of their offerings, Capital Kitchen will also be serving a myriad of sake, wines, spirits and their bottled cocktails inspired by local flavours, such as Milo Gao, Asam Guava and Teh Peng!
