Our favourite British lifestyle brand has teamed up with our favourite British cosmetics retailer for a collection that’s full of fun and good smells. The concept from Lazy Oaf is to turn fans’ homes into the ultimate self care spaces with a 17-piece collection that includes cosmetics (made by Lush, of course!), homeware and accessories.
For this collaboration, Lush has brought back a classic from their archives, and two new “Showders” — a bubbling bath powder that creates softening suds, with packaging inspired by a classic laundry detergent box. There’s the Sleepy Showder that is scented with lavender, and the Intergalactic Showder with musky cedar wood and fresh peppermint.
We’ll also see Lazy Oaf’s signature Happy Sad and checkerboard patterns on classic Lush products such as bath bombs, soaps and bubble bars; plus there’s even a new fragrance that captures the essence of Lazy Oaf’s East London origins — a Lush X Lazy Body Spray that smells like an east end laundrette with puffs of lingering tobacco on low thread count sheets still warm from the dryer. Sounds both comforting and delightful at the same time.
And it’s not just special edition Lush bath products we’ll see from this collaboration; Lazy Oaf is stepping in with eight clothing and lifestyle pieces that are designed together with Lush, making it Lush’s first foray into fashion.
There are pyjama top and bottoms, white and blue checkerboard face cloths, a hand towel, a bath sheet, and a wash bag. These designs are so precious you might even want to do your own laundry — just not with the Showders though; leave that for bath time.
Lush X Lazy Oaf will be available from Thursday 24th November in selected Lush shops and online at LUSH.COM, as well as LAZYOAF.COM and in Lazy Oaf’s two London stores.
