As Plaza Singapura expands its beauty options for customers, these two luxury brands are exactly what we need to complete our trip to the mall. We invited our friend, Salina Chai down to visit these spaces and to share with us her favourite products and recommendations from the brands.

Salina is a big fan of Chanel’s N°1 De Chanel line of skincare; in particular, the Revitalizing Serum. She says that it works well to keep her skin healthy and hydrated.

Another must-have for her from the N°1 De Chanel range, is the Revitalizing Cream, which smooths and plumps the skin, and provides comfort.

Salina’s choice of makeup from Chanel is the refillable Rouge Allure L’Extrait lipstick in the shade 812, which is a light beige coral, and flattering on all skin tones, and also suitable for all occasions.

As for her favourite fragrance from the brand, she likes Chanel’s 1957 Les Exclusifs De Chanel Eau De Parfum, a sensual scent with a luminous white musk accord with notes of bergamot, iris, neroli, and cedar.
Over at the Dior Beauty space in Plaza Singapura, Salina tells us that she favours quite a few makeup products, including Dior’s Forever Skin Glow liquid foundation (we absolutely love this too), the Dior Addict Lip Glow Color-Awakening Lip Balm, and Dior’s Backstage Eye Palette.

The Dior Addict Lip Glow Color-Awakening Lip Balm is one of Dior Beauty’s best sellers. It hydrates lips thoroughly with 97% natural-origin ingredients, and can be worn on its own or as a primer under lipstick.

Dior Beauty’s full range of Backstage makeup products can now also be found at Plaza Singapura. This includes Salina’s recommendation of the Eye Palette — a professional palette with nine different products starting with an eyeshadow primer, and eyeshadow shades in eight different colours and finishes that can work as highlighters and eyeliners as well.

Salina’s pick for a Dior scent is the iconic J’Adore Parfum D’Eau; this is an alcohol-free fragrance with beautiful floral notes of neroli, jasmine sambac, and Chinese magnolia.
