Look Fantastic is Europe’s largest online beauty retailer (they stock over 12,000 products and 500 brands!). And to prove just how much Singapore shoppers buy beauty online, Look Fantastic launched a dedicated Singapore site to cater to the local market’s preferences, with content that’s more relevant (there are curated beauty boxes and collaborations with brands). If you shop for beauty online and haven’t checked these guys out, you really should; their variety of brands is — as their name implies — fantastic. They have many of the brands we love and are familiar with (like Aesop, Elizabeth Arden and Pixi), while also stocking cult labels that you can’t find anywhere else in Singapore (like The Ordinary and Crabtree & Evelyn). I did an example price comparison for Aesop products and Look Fantastic matches Aesop’s local pricing; which means when your favourite item is sold out on Aesop’s Singapore website (right now, the Ginger Flight Therapy and Jet Set Kit is out of stock), you can get it at Look Fantastic instead (which at the time of writing this, is in stock).

Lookfantastic.com opened in 1996 and has grown to be the top beauty retailer in the UK, expanding into Europe and Asia. The Lookfantastic Singapore website (www.lookfantastic.com.sg) opened in July 2016 with delivery to Southeast Asia including Malaysia and Thailand.

Look Fantastic is happy to refund the postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to their error. For example, if they sent the wrong item, the item is damaged/faulty, or if you are returning a substitute item which you do not want to keep. They will not refund the costs on delivery for return items which are unwanted or no longer required; these costs will be covered by the customer.
