adidas Partners With Beyoncé For A Pointed Platform Superstar

The adidas Superstar has been around since the 70’s, and most of us recognise the iconic side stripes whether we want to or not. In celebration of the silhouette’s 50th anniversary, the sportswear brand continues their partnership with one of the biggest icons of our generation — Beyoncé.

No stranger to the brand, Queen Bey has stepped in to transform the silhouette into a pointed-toe, platform version of the Superstar. Featuring a double-stacked sole and a sharp, pointed addition wrapping around the original curved shell toe. The premium leather sneaker is rounded off with the usual suspects — Three-Stripes and a heel patch in Core Black, as well as the traditional debossed logo on the heel and the side.
