Samsung and Parisian Haute Couture house Maison Margiela have come together to release a subversive Galaxy Z Flip4 Maison Margiela Edition. The design reimagines Samsung’s newest smartphone model in a cutting-edge style that doesn’t conform to standard norms; it’s rooted in defiance and rejects conventions, which is the very core of the Margiela brand.
We see Maison Margiela’s signature solid white shade with a matte finish, and fine translucent lines that signify the internal circuits of the phone. Even the user interface is redesigned with special wallpaper and icons that model after the style of the fashion house.
The phone will come with two cases; a leather cover with Margiela’s iconic four stitches emblem, and a second cover that references Maison Margiela’s numeric coding ring.
There’s no news whether this will be available in Singapore, but if you’re travelling next month to China, France or Korea, you’re in luck. Check out the video below. Even the box is nice.
The exclusive Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 Maison Margiela Edition will be available in select markets including China (Hong Kong), France and Korea, starting from December 1st, 2022.
