Chanel Beauty introduces its Spring Summer 2019 Makeup Collection with the introduction of a few new textures to their own line of lipsticks. The Rouge Allure Velvet, known for its rich matte finish, comes as a creamy and luxurious lipstick that gives a pop of colour to your every look. The range also sees a unique addition of Rouge Allure Liquid Powder lipsticks which reintroduces a sophisticated texture that has gained attention over recent months in the beauty industry. This season we’re also seeing a more extensive range of shimmer, high-shine, matte and cream textures. And by this, we’re talking about what goes on our lids and cheeks.
