Ralph Lauren Launches Gender-Neutral Polo Pride Collection

Ralph Lauren has unveiled a colourful capsule collection in recognition and support for Pride month. Dubbed the Polo Pride capsule, this LGBTQIA+ friendly collection reimagines the fashion label’s iconic symbols like the Polo Pony in shades of rainbow across a gender-neutral selection of tops, shirts, and accessories.

In a press statement, Chief Innovation Officer of Ralph Lauren — David Lauren, says, “Pride is another way for us to prove that love transcends all borders and that by standing together with the LGBTQIA+ community, the Black Community and their allies, we can send a message of solidarity to the world”.

With a longstanding history of supporting and advancing issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community, Ralph Lauren has over decades built upon a reputation as a strong LGBTQIA+ ally. To reinforce this point in 2020, the Polo Pride collection, created in partnership with the Stonewall Community Foundation, will donate a sizeable portion of its sales proceeds to the organisation to support individuals and initiatives within the community globally.

Also, as part of the Polo Pride campaign, Ralph Lauren features a diverse group of LGBTQIA+ personalities including actor Dan Levy and celebrity chef Kristen Kish, as the faces of the collection.

 


The Ralph Lauren Polo Pride 2020 capsule collection is now available in-stores at the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and Ngee ann city.
